How I Created My Orignal Method of Alignment
I Synthesize Best Practices for Health
because Everyone is Specialized or Missing Something
because Everyone is Specialized or Missing Something
I’m a systems thinker and experimenter so I create my own more complete solutions for health.
For pain and alignment solutions I narrowed it down to Do It Yourself methods, DIY, which are the only strategies that can address root causes in daily movement patterns, lifestyle and environment of physical objects.
I spent thousands of dollars on body workers that usually had no lasting impact. Some methods helped me get the process going and taught me what a difference it could make to adjust cranial or hip bones, for example, But to achieve last progress I had to figure out root causes on my own. That said, I find body work necessary in some cases of injuries or people in too much pain or unable to execute self therapy carefully in a delicate conditions until they get some relief.
Even DIY trainers are still too specialized or missing things:
By studying all of the solutions it’s possible to assemble best practices into a more complete system of alignment and pain relief.
All root causes should be taken into account:
Some people are not going to heal anything until they increase their protein and that alone can make pain disappear in some cases.
Inflammatory triggers like electronic pollution, eclectromagnetic radiation, EMR, from all kinds of wireless will inhibit healing and make people more sensitive to treatment.
Stretches and exercises can easily antagonize and make things worse by focusing on the pain point, the area least likely to be able to make an adaptation, when the root cause is in the chain reactions of how all bones and muscles work together in that alignment equilibrium, with compensating tensions around a weakest link.
Generally, the lower back is aligned by the hips.
Normal movements like walk, standing, sitting are needed to align the hips.
Each person has a unique misalignment problem so it’s not a good idea to give general tips.
Random suggestions are likely to either do nothing or hurt.
An individual may need a customized order of implementation to get the body to relax as they work their way through the chain reaction of misalignments.
Physical therapy instructions cannot be given through text comments.
Often people cannot learn through imitating a video, they need to be told what they are doing wrong.

Even DIY trainers are still too specialized or missing things:
- The guy who teaches how to walk properly to align hips and spine starting with the feet knows nothing about shoes that are a foundation for how the feet align.
- They guys that specialize in hip flexor training don’t know how to stand properly between exercises because they don’t know what to do with their feet.
- Only one person is talking about hand position as it affects shoulders and neck.
- How to sit in a chair and what supports you need are incomplete as so much is going wrong with the psoas, sacrum and hip angle, and much of chair and cushion design is wrong or the exact opposite of what should be done.
