A Unique Path to Health
You can heal chronic health conditions and rejuvenate while aging when you address every nutritional deficiency: vitamin, mineral, protein, fat, sunlight, etc.
That’s what you need to energize, detoxify, build immunity, stop pain, sleep better, look younger, for hormones, etc.
You don’t need a separate detox process: nutrients are the best way to do all detoxification and there is more than enough so let go of doing too much.
Parasitic infections often can’t just be killed: building immunity is half the battle but people don’t really believe it because they don’t know how.
Lab tests are too limited to identify deficiencies with limited tissue samples, one form of the nutrient, and sporadic testing.
You have to be able to interpret symptoms, especially patterns of food and nutrient intolerances that suggest deficiencies of nutrient cofactors to utilize the nutrients that irritate you.
Expanding nutrient options is a first priority as some of the most healing foods are also, ironically, the most allergenic, like raw milk and eggs—although there are numerous forms of diary.
I use energetic testing in specific ways that overcome the usual failures of energetic testing.
Most important is having solution options that work: a testing technique cannot provide that but can give you a Yes or No answer to whether that food strengthens you.
The first principle is whole food with more nutrients in most potent form than in isolated supplements.
Most people don’t study the nutrients contents of different foods so they reach for the supplements bottle with it on the label.
Foods have dozens or over a hundred nutrients which cover more bases and help make up for diagnostic uncertainty: if you missed something in the diagnosis you got it in whole food anyway.
Additional isolated minerals and herbs are useful.
Some of the worst offenders are synthetic vitamins, or, when they seem to work, better is not best.
Immediate feedback of the result of a food can guide implementation.
You will feel things more clearly when the options are better and there are enough things working together to made a difference.
Whole Food is matched by Whole Light:
The fraction of artificial light known as “blue light” is actually destroying your DHA (fish fat) and vitamin A metabolism. This does many things including cripples your ability to convert sunlight into electrons for energy and regulate your hormones and circadian rhythms.
The other form of electro toxic is EMF or electro magnetic radiation from wireless and wired alike. There is protection that works until you can heal your voltage gated calcium channels of cells that are weak and misfiring because of nutrient deficiencies.
