Infection Strategy
When You Can’t Just Kill An Infection:
All the Pieces of a Complete Solution
The worse your condition is the harder it is to just kill an infection.
Other parts of a complete solution are:
The limits of things that kill infections--dewormers, herbs, frequency machines, etc.--is that they work in narrower spectrums and can’t kill everything or go everywhere.
Antibiotics that kill bacteria have the downside of killing good bacteria that do not automatically come back “once it’s all over” especially when it’s never over.
Pharmaceutics are not the strongest things, they develop resistance due to not operating in a broad enough spectrum to kill mutations and not strengthening the body and immune system simultaneously for a complete solution.
The immune system is complex and designed to do everything everywhere but it’s not strong enough. Nobody is explaining this.
Macrophage white blood cells are like little piranha fish ganging up on a large beast and eating it alive like a worm in your body.
The reason we usually still need to take things to kill infections is because parasites have ways of disabling immunity, so they need to be weakened enough for the immune system to work sometimes.
How fast can you get rid of an infection? Low dose, slow and gradually is usually more effect I think.
If you are feeling bad and crashing from die-off or herxing as they call it, it’s not just that you feel bad but your other systems are getting weak and the whole complete solution is compromised.
People are tempted to just get it all over with no matter how it feels by just doing one simple thing.
Feeling more energy means more energy for immunity and healing in general. Don’t compartmentalize with “taking this for that.” See the systemic effects of more energy.
It means you are boosting the following other crucial components:
Immune System
White blood cells are the front line of the immune system.
The organs that support them: the spleen seems to boost production and recycling of blood cells when under stress. Basic white blood cell production and activation come from the bone marrow, thymus and Pyers patches in the intestines where most immune activity occurs to keep pathogens and toxins in check.
Nutrition for white blood cells requires all the basic nutrients for every cell in the body like magnesium, copper, thiamine, sunlight, etc.
Specialized immune boosting supplements can help but seems to be hit and miss. Basic nutrient for every call are not hit or miss, they just don’t like to sudden miracles because people usually have at least 10 and it takes awhile to solve them. You have to solve them or your body won’t work.
Detox Capability
Not handling the die-off and having to stop and then feeling worse is a common barrier.
Detox depends on all basic nutrients working together, like thiamine, selenium, B12. That doesn’t automatically mean supplements. Food for is usually best with exceptions. I can’t explain details, I can’t explain everything about everything every time I write although I have writeen about it before..
I find antioxidants from food related sources work best.
Binders are not enough even if they are the best thing you ever did.
All you need is food based nutrients, not special detox programs. It’s best to simplify to the most effective things to keep track of everything and not go broke.
Gut Lining Healing
This is more than taking a butyrate supplement or a few aminos or peptides.
The foundation is always nutrients for every cell the body so every nutrient deficiency must be corrected.
Butyrate does not always work in pill form there are food sources but that’s complicated in terms of what foods you can tolerate now versus if you fix other things along the way. Resistant starch sources require probiotics bacteria to digest them, so if you are intolerant to these foods then you have to fix that first but I found the whole approach to be way more effective with multiple benefits, it’s not “take this for that.” Getting the gut biome diverse is a key to utilizing all nutrients.
Proboitics of the Biome
Good bacteria in the gut do more than we know.
It’s an entire system of ecology called the biome.
Bacteria digest food and create nutrients through processes like fermentation for energy for all cells like white blood cells.
Some good baceteria kill bad bacteria.
Good bacteria signal to the immune systems where the problem is. This is huge: take this in: When there are no citizens to call the police the criminal are free to steal.
The problem is our knowledge is still limited and individual needs are different with a delicate balance. Just taking probiotics supplements can make you worse or nothing works
Individual diagnosis is crucial.
I use energetic testing, muscle testing, to identify my needs.
I have identified 10 species of probiotics for them all to work together.
That’s too many pills, and sometimes pills don’t have enough, so I get them from fermented foods.
You can’t just eat fermented foods because you don’t know what’s in them or how much.
I ferment a variety of foods with supplements as starters or by knowing what is in the starter food because the company listed it. I can’t go into detail, it’s too complicated.
I knew I was on the right track when years of “middle age” weight started coming off automatically without calorie restriction, which reflects energy utilization rather than storing it as fat. It’s not “for” weight loss. It’s for everything, it’s systemic.
A big wild card is aspergillus ozyzae used in koji fermentation (don’t complain about being allergic to it.)
It’s been part of Chinese and Japanese cuisine traditionally and usually discussed just in terms of flavor but there’s a lot of research on health benefits.
It is Japan’s national probiotics since 2006.
I don’t think it is native to the gut but its benefits are so broad it’s like a butt kicking omnibudman by producing like 1000 enzymes for digestion and other things.
I can only wonder how much it fights infection directly, possibly eating up pathogens.
It’s so intelligent that when the fermentation batch is done and you open the lid you hear, “Konichi wa.” LOL.
We have no idea how much complete gut solutions will help with infections because no one has experimented long enough with a complete approach for difficult cases. Experiments can be guided by feedback each step of the way.
I don’t want to hear anyone complain about intolerances or complain about anything. I can’t help you. I only want to hear from positive people who have constructive experiences to share.
I can’t give any instructions, advice, links, or anything.
I just put some of these things on you radar so you can do your own research.
All the Pieces of a Complete Solution
The worse your condition is the harder it is to just kill an infection.
Other parts of a complete solution are:
- Boosting the immune system to do the work.
- Boosting detox ability to handle die-off and endotoxins created by infection.
- Leaky gut repair
- Gut biome building probiotics bacteria and fungus, which does more than anything.
- Boosting energy levels with nutrients it general to heal all cells.
