Limitations of Liver-Gallbladder Flushing
Flushing the gallbladder and liver does not always work or is not enough.
This is for people who are having trouble or need more.
Problems with flushing:
1. Symptom approach
The idea of procedure separate from daily nutrition and health practices is part of the medical paradigm’s focus on symptoms.
Natural does not define holistic: Systems thinking defines holistic alternatives: how all parts of the body work together using all nutrients to fix and prevent problems.
Gallstones and toxic bile that hurts the gallbladder are a symptom of lack of liver detoxification working to neutralize toxins and adequate bile flow to move things out.
2. , Exacerbates nutritional deficiencies
Dietary restrictions or anything like fasting are difficult for people with nutritional deficiencies, which is basically all chronically ill people: the longer and deeper the condition the more deficiencies people have. They need nutrients to make things work.
3. Vegetarian bias
The vegetarian bias to much liver flushing reveals they do not understand the nutrients needed for liver detox and helps explain why they have symptoms approach: they cannot see all the root causes of a weak liver and bill flow in nutritional deficiencies when they deny animal nutrients are needed.
4. Does not fully detoxify the liver.
Toxins must be neutralized in the liver so the bile is not toxic and creating pain or gallstones.
The liver has many processes of detoxification: glutathione, methylation, sulfation, glucoronidation, etc.
These processes are fed with basic nutrients, you don’t need specialized supplements.
Minerals, B vitamins, amino acids found in animal protein, fats like olive oil and others, etc.
All basic nutrients are for every cell in the body, including liver cells.
Nutritional deficiencies are root causes.
5. Does not build bile flow
Bile flow is what takes processes toxins out of the liver.
Bile is formed from cholesterol, lecithin with choline, taurine an amino acid more abundant in meat, etc.
About a quart a day of bile is needed.
6. . Does not help recycle bile with good bacteria
The body needs a lot of bile so bile is recycled.
Healthy bacteria help with this.
If there is a gut infection healthy bacteria will probably be lacking.
So it can be necessary to kill infections of worms, protozoans, bacteria, etc,
7. . Does not provide continuous protection
The sporadic symptom approach does not build strength of detoxification processes to work normally 24/7.
Addressing all nutritional deficiencies and infections does.
Nutrition is individual and requires customized and complete protocols.
This is why I can’t give any advice in comments when I don’t know the person’s problems.
“What do I take for my X?” is a fragmented symptom approach based on universal solutions.
If you were about to ask that, then you did not understand what I just explained.
This is a paradigm change.
To change your paradigm we have to remove wrong information in our brains to receive the new information, otherwise you will come off like you can’t read.
