Explanation of Circulation Part:
Function of Circulation:
Move waste and toxins out to make way to move nutrients into cells.
Structure:
blood, lymph, cerebrospinal fluid, interstial fluid, bile.
Core Juncture:
Interstial fluid around cells removes waste and toxins to the lymph and receives nutrient from the blood.
The lymph depends heavily on muscle movement to be pumped.
The lymph drains into the blood under the clavicle to get the liver faster.
Walking moves the lymph past the organs to help digestion and elimination.
Elimination includes de bile flow as circulation that clears the liver which is cleaning the blood so it can flow.
Constipation slows circulation and backs up toxins in the blood, lymph and interstitial fluid.
How you move and posture is how you use muscles that position bones from hips to head that can constrain or move cerebrospinal fluid.
Walking can pump the CFS from the hips to the head.
A wider range of movement is helpful to keep the spine flexible.
Cranial opening techniques help CFS circulation.
Width of the palate opens the cranium for circulation and forms properly through breast feeding when the tongue presses up on the palate to expand it.
Adult tongue placement and swallowing keep it open, opening cranial sutures.
Constraints to circulation can stress the brain as perceived low level suffocation.
Slow motion strangulation.
This is one reason why movement and massage are relaxing.
Blood circulation depends on the interstial fluid being cleared through all of the above so that it does not face resistance contributing to high blood pressure from hydrostatic pressure when the blood tries to perfuse into the interstium.
Blood moves itself primarily through nutrition to build an electrical charge in capillaries with the heart as a back- up which creates high blood pressure (or low blood pressure as exhausted HBP) when the electrical charges is low due to deficiencies of things like cholesterol sulfate, condroitin sulfate, nitric oxide, electrolyte minerals, and sunlight.
This is a summary of many pages of explanation I have written under MOVE to Circulate, Align, & Relax and some pages of nutrition.
