Lamb and Sheep Milk
Agricultural roots of the sacrifice of Jesus as the Lamb
One thing that made killing lambs a sacrifice in the Bible is its high agricultural value.
This may begin with the fact that sheep have immunity to the venom of some snakes, as snakes are a symbol of Satan. Sheep are used today to develop anti-venom and antibodies to venom.
I wonder if immunity may be part of why sheep’s milk and cheese are considered the most beneficial forms of dairy compared to goat and cow.
Sheep and goat milk and cheese are also less allergenic than cow:

Higher fat content has high nutritional value and is often needed in extra quantities, which is why we have butter.
This fat has cholesterol that is the basis of all steroidal hormones: reproductive and adrenal.

Cholesterol has many roles in the body and especially concentrated in the brain and is crucial for good skin.
Fat is also crucial for absorption of vitamins A and D, both essential for skin health and much more.
The meat of lamb is also among the fattiest.
I experience it a more beneficial than beef, and others have said that, too.
CLA, Conjugated linoleic acid, is higher in lamb than any other meat.
Lamb is also has a particularly warming quality for weak constitutions or cold climates.
The energetic property is associated with the heart.
L Carnosine in amounts a little higher than beef.
Protects cardio vascular system
Protects against toxic effects of carbs: advanced glycation end products--AGEs.
Zinc: Red meat also has more zinc than other meats, except oysters.
Zinc is important for immunity, detoxification and libido.
Selenium and B12 are high in lamb and important for detoxification
Selenium levels depends on what is in the soil.
And of course the wool that can be harvested regularly without killing the animal.
Wool is one of the warmest and durable fabrics that does not absorb water well and can still keep you warm even when wet.
We may overlook these meanings of the sacrifice because we don’t understand farming and nutrition very well these days.
The major meaning of Jesus as the sacrificial lamb concerns innocence and following a sheppard.

- Sheep and goat milk are naturally homogenized with small fat globules, otherwise, extra bile is needed to homogenize fats for further breakdown by lipase.
- Lower A2 casein protein, more A1 genetics, compared to many cows.
- Short and medium chain fatty acids are easier to digest and more beneficial.
- Less sugar and lactose to digest

- 13 sugars

- 8 fat
- 11-12 sugar
