Circulation
Blood, Lymph, Spinal Fluid, Dental
The circulation systems consists of blood, lymph, and cerebral spinal fluid, as well as smaller systems like dentinal fluid (tooth lymph) and glymph (glial brain cell lymph), which all work together as one flows into the other.
Circulation of blood with respiration can be considered our top priority since we die faster by a lack of oxygen to the brain than any other deficiency.
Circulation of blood and lymph is also necessary to deliver nutrients throughout the body.
The body will sacrifice other systems to keep circulation function, suggests Stephanie Senoff, in her hypothesis that “autoimmunity” is the sacrifice of one tissue by extracting it’s nutrients to maintain circulation. (I can’t remember which You Tube video that was on circulation.) This makes sense because the body does not randomly attack itself as is assumed in the medical paradigm: Nature has made a mistake and the mind of the doctor is God making things right. This is the only position they can take when they lack the skills for understanding a system to identify root causes. “Autoimmunity” is not a root cause nor an accurate description of symptom patterns.
Circulation moves through principles chemistry, physics, the mechanics of movement, and nervous system regulation.
Senoff explains the chemistry and physics of blood circulation building on the research of people like Gerald Pollack on water and also explained by cardiologist Thomas Cowan.
The sun charges the water in our blood, polarizing it into exclusion zone water H203, that move circulation via electrical charge in the capillaries, not primarily pumped by the heart, explains Cowan.
Senoff explains how sun is utilized with nutrients like sulfur and cholesterol. Many other nutrients also serve as if they are wires in the electrical system, like electrolyte minerals sodium, potassium, and magnesium that are a crucial foundation for health. These minerals can lower blood pressure. High BP and low BP reflects a lack of electrical charge in the capillaries necessary to pull blood cells through capillaries narrower than the cells, and the heart being used as back up pump to try to force circulation with pressure, which alone cannot work because the vascular system is too vast. High BP and low BP reflect low body energy as a whole system and I’m not interested in explaining these different symptom patterns but prefer to focus on root causes.
Many toxins are in the form of free radicals that are electron stealers. Toxins require more nutrients to detoxify. Toxins and nutrients are always fighting. J
DENTAL
An interface between blood circulation and a form of lymph, the dentinal fluid. The teeth actually have a vascular system fed by the blood from the inside when circulation is strong, but this flow gets reversed when circulation and health is weak. Then nutrients flow into the teeth from the mouth, staining the teeth, making them sensitive and creating cavities. In the studies, sucrose in the diet was generally pro cavity and I can attest that eat maple syrup (a cooked sugar) gave me a took ache when my teeth were sensitive. The authors of the book Dentinal Fluid Transport presented studies of a variety nutrients that reversed and healed cavities. They were not just nutrients for the teeth, like calcium phosphate, boron, etc, but other nutrients that may have had an effect by improving energy levels and therefore circulation.
I have also found eating lots of fish to be a remedy for tooth aches, eat nothing but fish until relieved. I don’t know all the reasons why, but fish is well-rounded in nutrients, having more than other meats of omega 3, vitamins A and D, and more alkaline minerals like potassium and magnesium.
LYMPH
The lymph system can back up with constipation. I once had chronic constipation and got weak muscles. A few things made my muscles stronger.
CEREBRAL SPINAL FLUID
The CFS fluids within a membrane from inside your skull down your sacrum in hips. This has its own rhythm or flow according to cranial sacral therapists. This feeds the nervous system, the brain, to help it function and receive all nutrients.
As a result of postural blocks from sitting, for example, CFS flow can be less than optimum.
As a result of lack of movement lymph flow to the CFS to deliver nutrients or remove waste can be limited.
By stretching out my spine with traction, flexion, extension, and balancing muscles, I seemed to be able to restore circulation, which lead to a brief detox as well as deep relaxation and strengthening permanently.
Deep relaxation means balancing the nervous system away from stress mode to parasympathetic strength, the rest and digest function. This can have a direct effect on circulation of the blood through general strengthening, and through vasodilatation.
Deep stress or nervous system imbalance also can have an affect on blood pH through slight hyper ventilation that leads to respiratory alkalosis. Due to stress the body is slightly into fight of flight mode and breathing harder as if running. In hyper ventilation too much CO2 is expelled which make the blood a little too alkaline and thus not carrying oxygen optimally. A little CO2 is needed to utilize oxygen: CO2 is not a poisonous waste product but can be a nutritional deficiency. This is explained in the Buteyko Breathing Method, used in the medical system in Russia. Breath training focuses on resetting the breath rate mechanism in the brain, but does not treat root causes of stress so it does not always work by itself. Maybe the breath rate mechanism is undernourished or damaged due to lack of CFS circulation and nutrients, or toxins.
The sub systems of circulation work together as a system through chemistry, physics, movement and nervous system regulation.
Herbs and Enzymes can promote blood and lymph circulation, which may be necessary for persons with chronic illness and aging.
Enzymes to clean the blood are typically secreted by the pancreas to regulate fibrin levels that are need for repair, for example. But if the pancreas is exhausted, that function is diminished. Could the pancreas be depleted from having to produce too many enzymes from eating too much or eating cooked food without it enzymes to aid digestion?
Systemic enzymes taken on an empty stomach can:
Chinese herbalism, for example, understands that each individual as a combination of systemic balances that need to be read energetically from the pulse. Their categories of diagnosis include “blood” and “fluids” and they have effective circulation formulas, especially when used in conjunction with a complete solution for all imbalances of organ systems. They don’t rely simply on “take this for that” symptom.

The lymph system can back up with constipation. I once had chronic constipation and got weak muscles. A few things made my muscles stronger.
- First, clearing constipation immediately with coffee enemas that also stimulate bile flow from the liver, one of the main mechanisms of peristalsis contractions for bowel movement.
- Sunlight strengthening blood.
- Fasting a few days helped the most as they system shifted energy from digestion to autophagy recycling of waste.
- Exercise like walking up hills especially or yard work induces regularity probably by pumping the lymph system.

Systemic enzymes taken on an empty stomach can:
- Thin the blood so that it circulate better in the narrow capillaries—doctors know this and don’t want enzymes to be used at the same time as blood thinners or it may go too far into bleeding.
- Enzymes can clean up all kinds of metabolic waste in the blood and lymph. Lymph fluid has proteins naturally but can also be clogged with fats.
- Reduce pain and inflammation
- Destroy infections and biofilm shields.
- Break down scar tissue.
