Some people get healthier eating only fruit and some eating only beef.
Most are somewhere in the middle with unique details not captured in any general diet.

I have not found a comprehensive theory of nutrition to explain everything.
For now, I’m content to interpret peoples' reactions to foods and use energetic testing, long distance to select foods, supplements, and methods, and quantify each. That works and is better than any existing theory because it’s wide open and much more specific and quantifiable. For example, everyone needs the right micro nutrients to make their macro nutrient defined diet work.
The original keto diet of Atkins called for taking extra alkaline minerals: sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium. That’s an example using micros to make macros work. It’s also an example of general advice that is not going to work for everyone, especially taking calcium, which often is in excess in the body relative to what can be utilized with cofactors like magnesium.
Fruitarianism like that of Robert Morse works for some people I have seen, although some of the people who say they feel better look terrible. Many more have weakened themselves that way. He says it works because it deals with dietary excesses that clog the lymph system, which is the key to health. There is no one key to health, one body part that is central. When one body part is key it is for particular imbalances or constitutional types. I have cleared my lymph system with fasting for a few days; a low protein diet does not work for me on a long term basis.
The most common excess seems to be carbs, many people can attest to feeling better cutting the grains, etc.
Saying that “everyone is different” is true but also seems like a cop-out, as if scientific explanation of patterns is impossible. I think there are some general patterns that can be observed flexibly.
The micro deficiency patterns Morley Robbins talks about show up a lot in my testing: Either sodium or potassium, always magnesium, often A, leading to low utilization of copper and then iron causing toxic deposits of unbounded iron feeding inflammation, pain and infection, and possibly being magnetized by EMF to worsen pain and free radical damage. Other nutrients are involved on a case by case basis, but that is the core pattern. They use lab tests to diagnose, but they cannot identify everything, much less quantify and select exact sources of solutions compatible with individuals like energetic testing can.
I think sulfur and fat with cholesterol are deficient in many people, especially when they are intolerant to sun. This is where the explanations of Stephanie Senoff make more sense in terms of my experience than Jack Kruse. Senoff explains how sulfate and cholesterol are needed to utilize sun to charge our water like a battery. People are often fat and cholesterol deficient. Kruse has said that DHA fat from fish is the only important nutrient for the body. I have also found that people are not commonly deficient in DHA in the diet, since maybe we can make enough in our body. We agree that fish oil pills are a rancid waste of money. Eating fish has many other benefits like the mineral selenium that is important for detox, especially of mercury.
For cholesterol and some of the sulfur, raw dairy and eggs are great, and this is somewhat of a religion of mine. Most people with health issues, including myself, are highly allergic to pasteurized dairy and even raw dairy under the condition of micro nutrient deficiencies that vary by individual, but that can be fixed.
If general theory is lacking, then general advice is of limited value in FB comments. That is guessing, not testing.
