3 Sources to Detox:
Environment, Body Burden, Infections
While the liver may be the center of detoxification, it also necessary to work around it to relieve the liver of the sources of toxicity.
This post is a strategic overview, not about how, not even in comments if you are reading this on social media.
Environment:
The fastest way to relieve toxicity is to stop exposures in the environment, most notably electronics like blue light, especially LEDs and radiation from wireless like cell phones that attract all the other sources of radiation right to your head. Boom: a shot in the head.
All these things end up can dysregulate your nervous system and ability to rest while stealing your electrons in effect, that’s right, electricity in the air ends up creating free radical damage through chain reactions that steal electrons from where they need to be. Electrons are an integral part of body energy, redox processes, and are antioxidants to neutralize electron stealing toxins in the body burden like mercury Hg++, which means each atom steals two electrons before it is neutralized.
Detox is electronic warfare to increase the total net negative charge (more electrons) of your cell mytochondria. This is systemic wide energy to do everything, including detox. Energy spills over into detox, which is better than “take this for that” with binders, ete.
Electron nutrition from the environment comes from sun, grounding, magnetic fields, these are the best things to optimize and are FREE.
Body Burden:
Metals, chemicals, radiation, mycotoxins, etc. this what most people think of as detox.
The entire process as a flow chart is from the cell:
- Into the extracellular or interstitial fluid
- Through the lymph to the blood entering behind the collar bone
- Into the liver
- Into the gut and out.
I favor complete nutrition, not specialized binders, even ones that supposedly don’t let go of toxins but still create symptoms. I found foods to do the most to detoxify me, including glutathione, minerals, fats, fruits with antioxidants, and more.
Many of the most detoxifying foods I write about especially raw dairy and eggs are also allergenic for many, so the gut needs to be fixed first before detoxifying.
Infections Producing Toxins: Endotoxins
Infections produce toxins (endotoxins) that circulate all over the body and impair nutrient production to heal your gut lining and perform all processes including detox.
Lipopolysaccharides are endotoxins that have received more attention lately.
Healing the gut has many aspects: killing pathogens is overrated, and should be apparent after years of kill shots have failed.
Growing good bacteria is crucial to coordinating your own immune system by identifying where pathogens are and how to destroy their own coordination or “quorum sensing” to create resistance in various ways. Nothing is fully understood and I don’t have any good overviews to share, you have to research yourself.
Good bacteria and yeast are not always grown with probiotics supplements. Prebiotic fibers from can feed a wider variety of necessary bacteria you need, which may be in the hundreds and thousands.
Fixing guts is the hardest thing and too complex and individualized to give general advice. It requires lots of assessment and slow experimentation. The fields of natural or functional medicine is still not very advanced, as everyone with a lot of experience knows. The science is not complete. It takes a lot of skill starting with a range of options with a higher probability of success and slow experimentation for people with many intolerances.
Many people have given-up on gut work because nothing has worked. People who believe they have tried everything do not know what they are missing. I only have to ask a few questions to reveal things they have not heard of like Akkermansia or the prebiotics that feed it.
Many people also still don’t know about butyrate, what it does and what feeds it, what you can use besides supplements, which are not always the best solution.
Fixing guts is necessary to tolerate some of the best detox foods. People with any intolerances like histamines need gut work.
Even the liver depends on gut bacteria to recycle bile, which is more efficient than just taking in more bile forming nutrients like cholesterol and lecithin.
